The Origins of Mini Ballin'

 About a month ago I was sitting in the car with my friends Kristen, Becca, and John C.  We got on the topic of mini golf and I mentioned that my boyfriend, John O. and I played mini golf at least once a week last summer and we went to a bunch of different places around New England.  We were obsessed and while neither of us were very good, we were competitive against each other and really enjoyed playing!

Kristen brought up the idea, "Why don't you start a blog?"  My first thought was, "Who would read that?" (And believe me... I'm still kind of thinking the same thing... but we shall see...) but then I got to thinking... maybe that isn't such a bad idea.  I talked it over with some friends, my boyfriend included, and I decided it was worth a shot.

The purpose of this blog is to pay homage to the American past time of mini golf!  John, my friends, my siblings (also mini golf enthusiasts), and I will go to different mini golf establishments around the New England area this summer and discuss our experiences and review the different courses.

Is this blog serious? No... not at all.  This is pure silliness and fun!  We have yet to go on our first quest of the season, but I think we'll try to get one in before Memorial Day Weekend.  If any readers have any recommendations of their favorite spots in the area, please let us know!  This is definitely a work in progress.  Keep checking for improvements to the blog and for future posts.
